That’s my menu plan for the week. I love autumn foods! Kale and squashes and soups! Oh my! I’d prolly go nuts if I actually lived somewhere the weather reflects the food you find in a farmer’s market. Living in Florida, you can pretty much find anything you want, locally grown, all year long. I still try to eat seasonally though…it just feels right, doesn’t it?
