Convenience meets Delicious with Tasty Bite! #vegan *givaway* ends 1/29

I love to cook, but being the only vegan in a houseful of omnivores
can be wearying at times. I have nights when I run out of time, I’m
tired or my creativity is at zero. Those are the nights I’m really
thankful to have Tasty Bite in my pantry.
Tasty Bite makes an incredible array of all natural Indian and Pan Asian
meals that are shelf stable and ready to go when you are! They have a huge
selection for folks with special dietary needs (like me!) that includes
a long list of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and even Kosher Indian and Thai
foods…so you don’t have to give up the flavors that you love!
For my review, I was sent an amazing assortment of meal components. Kerala Vegetables, Bangkok Beans, Good Korma Cooking Sauce, Garlic Brown Rice and Zany Multigrain. Each offering comes in a shelf stable pouch, makes 2 GENEROUS servings and the most expensive was $3.29! A great value! Have I mentioned that all of the meals I sampled are ready for the table in just about a minute and a half, making a delicious hearty meal easy to get to the table on even the busiest nights? Yup!

My absolute, hands down favorite in the group was the Kerala Vegetables – hearty veggies in a spicy coconut stew – which I served with a side of jasmine rice. It was delicious and smelled so good, even most of my die-hard omnis begged for a taste! I could happily eat this several times a week and not get tired of it!

The Bankok Beans are another favorite – chock full of big Thai-style butter beans, corn and spinach swimming in a yummy spiced curry sauce, I completely enjoyed this meal!

Most products I served with rice but I added some diced faux chick’n to the Garlic Brown Rice and topped it with a little bit of sliced green onion. It was perfection!
For additional menu ideas and serving suggestions, check out the free download for the Tasty Bite e-cookbook located in the left sidebar on the website and while you’re there, don’t forget to take a look through their wonderful recipe pages!
Chances are, Tasty Bite products are available at a trusted retailer near you, you can check the handy dandy product locator to find out where, but if they’re not, the entire product line can be ordered from the Tasty Bite website (with free shipping on all orders over $75!)
The great folks at Tasty Bite want to introduce you to their wonderful product line too and are offering one of my readers a chance to win the same yummy group of products I was sent!
Thank you so much!
