Delicious gluten-free Dr. Lucy’s Cookies! #vegan *givaway* ends 2/7

For my review here today, I was sent their three newest additions, Ginger Snap, Maple Bliss and Chocolate.
These delicious little cookies hit a total home run here in the lost world! I honestly didn’t know that gluten free could be so delicious! Light, airy and crispy, they’re a perfect guilt free snack when I have a craving for something a little sweet! And because they are free of peanuts, tree nuts, milk and eggs, they’re safe to give our precious Sophie to gnaw on when she’s trying to chew a pesky new tooth thru! I can also happily serve them to my daughter who is observant of the Jewish dietary laws and to my lovely niece who has Crohn’s Disease isn’t able to tolerate gluten! How’s that for a triple play?
We really enjoyed the Maple Bliss cookies crumbled over a bowl of vanilla ice ‘cream’ but my personal favorites were both the spicy Ginger Snaps and Chocolate cookies that I enjoyed by dunking them into an ice cold glass of rice milk! Be still my heart! My family members that prefer soft cookies even loved these little gems!
