That’s all well and good, you say, but how to they taste? I’m going to tell you!
We were sent a selection of Cowboy Cookies (Oatmeal, Walnuts & Chocolate), Cowgirl Cookies (Choc. Chip-like cookie dough), SnickerDudes (soft baked cinnamony goodness) and Ginger Snapdragons (Molasses & Crystallized Ginger).
They were all so crazy good, I hardly know where to start!
These cookies are what I’ve been trying to create in my own kitchen since choosing a vegan lifestyle. Bursting with ooey gooey chocolate chips, nuts and spices, it almost feels like you’re sinning as you take a bite!
I loved them all, but I have to say my personal favorites are the Ginger Snapdragons. Dipped in a glass of almond milk, a bite of one of these bad boys instantly transported me back to my grandma’s kitchen during holiday baking days. They have a nice spicy bite, not too hot, not too tame that truly made me want to start humming Christmas carols in September!
Cowboy Cookies truly raise the bar for oatmeal cookies with generous portions of walnuts and chocolate chips mixed in. Drizzling the entire cookie in chocolate tops it off making this a cookie to write home about!
Cowgirl Cookies are almost like eating scoops of cookie dough…they’re baked, but not too much, and make you feel like a kid raiding the kitchen when your mama was baking!
The SnickerDudes are sublime! Soft baked and cinnamony, they’re exactly what comes to mind when I think of the ultimate snickerdoodle type cookie.
